Rebecca is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to women and families during some of life’s most transformative moments. Her approach blends advanced clinical expertise with personalized support, ensuring each family feels confident, informed, and truly cared for.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida State University and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama. Her background also includes proudly serving as a nurse in the United States Navy, where she developed a strong foundation in clinical excellence, leadership, and patient-centered care.
Through her work, she specializes in supporting breastfeeding families by addressing both common and complex lactation challenges. She is deeply committed to empowering women with the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to meet their feeding goals while nurturing the health and well-being of both mother and baby.
Her mission is to provide thoughtful, individualized care in a supportive and welcoming environment—where every family feels heard, respected, and empowered.
Rebecca Goff

Meghan Christie is an Internationally Board-Certified Lactation Consultant and Registered Nurse. She has supported breastfeeding families in Brevard County for the past 12 years in both the inpatient and outpatient settings.
Meghan was previously a lactation consultant and nursery RN at Rockledge Regional where she taught prenatal breastfeeding and childbirth classes, served as pregnancy concierge for prenatal birth planning and facilitated a postpartum support group for new moms and babies. She is also a Certified Passenger Safety (car seat) Technician. Prior to working in the local hospital setting she spent 8 years as an RN in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Advent Health Orlando.
Meghan has lived in Brevard County with her husband and three children for the past 18 years. Outside of work she enjoys traveling and mission work.

During pregnancy, we provide personalized education and preparation so you can approach feeding your baby with confidence and clarity. In those first days after birth, we offer hands-on guidance to navigate latch, milk supply, and the many adjustments that come with newborn care.
As your baby grows, we continue to support you through evolving needs such as pumping, returning to work, combination feeding, and weaning. Our approach is always individualized, meeting you where you are and ensuring you feel supported, informed, and empowered every step of the way.
